Shipping Policy

Local Delivery Areas Only
We currently offer local delivery only within the Greater Houston area, including:

  • Sugar Land
  • Missouri City
  • Richmond
  • Stafford
  • Pearland
  • Southwest, West, East, and North Houston neighborhoods

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 12 business days, not including Sundays or major holidays.
Deliveries are typically made within 72 hours of processing, depending on your location and our routing schedule.

Delivery Requirements
To maintain product freshness, we strongly recommend someone be present at the time of delivery. We are not liable for product spoilage due to missed or unattended deliveries.

Shipping Outside Houston
We currently do not ship outside of Greater Houston. We are actively working on expanding our delivery and shipping zones updates will be shared via email and
social media.
 

Delivery Confirmation
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive another email with confirmation and any relevant tracking or driver details.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us within 24 hours of placing your order with the subject line:

Cancel My Order or include your Order Number.
We will do our best to accommodate all cancellation requests.

Reporting Delivery Issues
If your order is:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect
  • Delivered in poor condition

Be sure to include:

  • Your order confirmation number in the subject
  • Photos of the issue
