Return and Refund Policy

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on food items unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
If there is an issue with your order, email us at houstonchickendip@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and include:
- A description of the issue
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
We are unable to review or honor refund requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery or without photo proof.
Non-Returnable Items
In compliance with food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used jars
- Perishable food items
- Sale or promotional items
- Items not in original, sealed packaging
- Products purchased from third-party retailers
Refunds (If Applicable)
If your refund is approved after review, a credit will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3-7 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account
2. Contact your credit card company
3. Contact your bank
If you still haven't received your refund after following these steps, email us at

Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If this applies to your order, please email houstonchickendip@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
